St. Denny Surveying, Inc., is operated by Mark St. Denny. Mark is a Professional Licensed Surveyor who has been in the surveying field for 31 years - 27 of which have been spent throughout the state of Alaska, including 12 years in Kodiak. He has an extensive record of successfully completed jobs in all facets of surveying, on projects large and small, from the simplest to the most complex. He works in all environments and in any location, from urban to rural to remote - traveling by boat, plane, helicopter and all-terrain vehicle when necessary. He employs the most modern and up-to-date survey equipment available. Mark continues to take educational courses and seminars to remain current with the latest advances in surveying technology and techniques.
St. Denny Surveying, Inc., offers complete surveying services. These services include boundary, design, engineer, as-built, topographic, route and right of way, and remote surveying. In addition, St. Denny Surveying, Inc., incorporates Hydrographic, Architectural, and Construction surveying as well as consulting. We also offer drafting, platting, contouring, profiles and final drawings, hard copies (both paper and mylar), and digital formats.
Equipment used by St. Denny Surveying Inc., includes: Trimble’s Global Positioning System model number R8 5800 with Trimble HPB450 radio, Trimble's Global Positioning System model number 5700 with Trimble HPB450 radio, eRTK, Trimble Robotic 5603 DR200, Topcon Total Station GPT 1002 Reflectorless, Tripod Data Systems software and Trimble Surveyor Controllers 1 and 2. Office equipment and software includes AutoCAD 3D Map 2009 and Carlson Survey 2009, Hewlett Packard DesigtnJet T2300 and Trimble Geodetic Office software, operated on computer hardware systems containing current technology. To further accomplish the St. Denny Surveying, Inc., mission, we employ a 14 foot Lund for coastal surveys.
